Shipping of orders generally occurs only after the full amount has been transferred to the specified account.
Shipping costs are described depending on the shipping weight as follows.

The standard shipping of items within Germany is based on the weight of the shipment and is as follows:
- up to 5 kg 4.99
- up to 27 kg 12.9
- up to 59 kg 29.9
- up to 120 kg 49.99
For ALL other countries, the shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart. We deliver small items by DPD.

For items in stock, the delivery time is approximately 1-4 working days after receipt of payment in our account. We reserve the right to delays caused by force majeure, natural disasters, etc. If the item is not in stock, the delivery time in days will be displayed for each product in our shop. The package is shipped by DPD or a parcel service commissioned by us. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

PICKUP OF GOODS in KREFELD
In addition to direct delivery to your home, you have the option of having your desired bike delivered to our store in Krefeld. Pay conveniently online, choose the "Pickup" option and we will notify you as soon as your bike is ready for pickup.
How long does it take for me to pick up my order from you?
If the item is in stock, your order should be ready for pickup within one to two business days. For pre-orders, we will inform you of the estimated availability at the time of purchase.
